Chişinău, March 2, 2009 – President Vladimir Voronin is the mostly covered personalized political actor, and the PCRM – the mostly publicized institutional actor, in the first two weeks of the election campaign. This is certified by the results of monitoring the political actors' presence in the newscasts and programs of 7 TV stations of those 9 monitored from February 4 to 17, 2009.
